Minty Dress

Sumaiyah made this cute dress for her barbie doll.  She used a size h crochet hook with single crochet.  Cute, easy and fun.

My Bear

Ameenah finally finished the "Bear" a couple of days ago, but of course I am late posting it.  She is starting on a new one called "Bunny".  Everyone loved this little guy. 

And what am I doing?  I joined Loomclass on yahoo groups.  The current project is "Yoga socks" by Laura Campion.  You can find the pattern a www.loomknitterscircle.com and look in the patterns section for "Yoga Leggins".  I am one day late at signing up.  But I am getting my supplies together to catch up tonite. 

Okay, my daughters and I decided to make this vox totally dedicated to our projects that we make.  I thought it was a great idea.  So we redesigned it and we are starting off with projects in the making.

 I am currently making some crocheted bags, but I made this cute poncho and hat for my friends daughter.  She is going to look so cute.

 Ameenah is making an amigurumi bear.  The pattern is available in "How to crochet adorable amigurumi" by Carolyn Christmas Savage available at www.anniesattic.com.   I have posted a link for free patterns of amigurumi, check them out.  They are totally addictive. 

Right now it doesn't look like anything, but soon it will be a bear.  Soon.

Biggy Needle Case

I made this needle case from quilting fat quarters.  I hold my big needles and hooks in here.  I miss doing my mini sewing crafts, I need to get a sewing machine. I just need to get more YARN!

My girls baked cookies today.  I got the recipe for free on www.allrecipes.com.  They are called Arabic Cookies!
